3 caravans card

This is another card I made for a June submission for Paper Crafts and I thought since I posted the other one on the first day of our road trip that I should post this one on the last day of our road trip. The ironic part about this being a retirement card is that I'm going back to work. But here's kudos to the road trip and all those adventures.

Materials: Paper Source trailer stamp, Stampin Up sentiment, Stampin Up black ink, Stampin Up clear embossing powder, Versacolor red/blue/bamboo ink

Krazy Krafters Pit Stop

I'm still traveling around New Zealand in a campervan with my family, although the countdown to the end of the trip is almost down to one hand.  I'm not sure how I've managed to go without my craft addiction for this long!  Okay, I'll confess, I've had 4 crafty pit stops during our travels.  Click here, here and here for the other pit stops.  So on a walk the other day with my youngest son I decided to stop into the local craft shop here in Taupo.  The lovely lady who runs the shop invited me along to their weekly craft/scrap fest and me, being the displaced craft addict that I am, went along.  The three cards above are what I made that evening.  Many, many thanks to the lovely ladies who welcomed me and set me up with craft supplies and goodies.  I walked in empty handed, but left with three fun cards and a smile on my face.

Materials: I haven't a clue, sorry... I just used bits and pieces while I was there.  Thanks to Krafty Krafters Taupo

Caring friends

I made this card on my crafting pit stop in Dunedin with supplies I had sent to my friend's house in advance. But when I saw this week's Etsy Inspired shop I thought that the card fit perfectly for this fabulous decoupage bottle.  I'm really ready at this stage in my road trip to have a couch... and unpacking my crafty goodies like my PTI On My Couch stamp set.  One more week to go in New Zealand!  Thinking of all my fabulous friends, crafty blogging paks, friends in NZ and friends in the US...

Materials: PTI On My Couch stamp, Hero Arts digital friendship definition, Cosmo Cricket early riser patterned paper, American Crafts ribbon, Fiskars shape cutter background, Fiskars rotary scallop cutter, black mark

Good Luck

I made this card and liked it so much that I made this card afterwards. In the end I thought that maybe it needed another border or something, so I left it in the pile of cards to tweak with. Well, life goes on, and this is the end result of the card. I like how classy B&W cards look. And I love the story behind this patterned paper (read the post on the other card).

Materials: Gina K Designs label, Waltzingmouse Say It With Style sentiment, Patterned paper from stash, black card stock, black ribbon, Gisele's die cut machine, Stampin Up oval scallop punch
