TGIF! So I've got if you follow my blog along you'll see that I've been busy making gift boxes for my sister's upcoming wedding. Last night I got smart and recruited help-- thanks to my helpers we made another 12 done. So, with today's share I've got another 51 to go. So why not make some cards, right? Gotta keep the creative juices flowing somehow?
Since it's pouring rain in California, let's have a fun springy birthday card! I've used all Unity stamps so I could play along with Friends with Flair. This week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge is "a pattern, an image and a sentiment".
Here's the latest box... As in the card above I was thrilled to read Amber's tutorial on how to make do without the new PTI dies... amazing when you learn new tricks with tools you already have. I have used Emily's multi-loop bow challenge on Do More with Less.
And last, but not least (especially since I've off to get working on my boxes and stop procrastinating over here), I've got a little thank you card inspired by the Runway Inspired photo above.
Materials: Unity stamps, SRM sticker, May Arts ribbon, My Mind's Eye bling, Tim Holtz Distress inks mustard seed and shabby shutters and antique linen, PTI Mat Stack 5 die, PTI cream card stock
Box: Skipping Stones Grunge background stamp, Impress Stamps pine cone, PTI kraft card stock, PTI Mat Stack 5 dies, PTI double sided banner die, Twinery cappuccino twine, Tim Holtz Antique linen Distress inks, Versamark
Thanks A Bunch: American Crafts Dear Lizzy stamp, Spellbinders Nestabilities Label one, Cuttlebug embossing folder, Tim Holtz distress inks: festive berries, worn jeans, Versafine black ink, Hero Arts soft blossom ink, Twinery twine, My Mind's Eye rhinestones
