My girlfriend gave me a pad of patterend paper for my birthday, so it thought it'd be fun to use the paper in the thank you to her. Plus, I'm hosting today's 365 Cards Challenge, the theme is "One Stamp, Two Patterend Papers and Three Embellishments". As you can see I went for the CAS version of that... I made up a quick set of flat thank you cards last night as I've got a few little notes that I need to write. Super CAS and easy to make a set of them. I'm going to link them up to the Moxie Fab World "Stamp It Thanks" challenge.
Next up, I started with the card above because I wanted to play along with My Thoughts Exactly summer challenge and I was inspired by the super cute ants in a jar card by Jen, so I thought how can I take the Valentine's Day stamps I have from MTE and turn them into a summer card? Well, how about bottling 'em up some patriotic hearts in a jar with the Dear Lizzy summer texy background? But once I'd bothered to mask the jar I decided I should keep going with those thank you cards, so I made a few more CAS one layer thank you cards with various goodies inside (Verve sunflower, PTI Happy Trails dragonfly and Paper Smooches leaves). I thought the cards would work well for this week's CAS-ual Fridays "Text Me" challenge. Next challenge-- write in all of them, address them and put them in the mailbox! I'm thinking I'm going to win that challenge.
