Happy Spring


Happy Spring!  We had a brief return to winter this week, a lovely rainy day... but the flowers are out there (click here and here for spring blog posts on my work blog), but I decided to celebrate the arrival of spring with a fun little gift tag.  My inspiration came from Dawn's WPlus9 Monday Mood board and Joy's fun card and the celebration of spring on the Simon Says Stamp Challenge.  I like the idea of a blue spring tag...  blue skys are coming... like tomorrow!  


Materials: WPlus9 Spring Post sentiment, WPlus9 Folk Art floral dies, Hero Arts Newspaper Print background, Stampendous white embossing powder, Versafine black ink, Tim Holtz distress inks tumbled glass, May Arts silk and twill stripes, PTI Tag It Sale die

    We finally had blue skies yesterday...hoping they stay through the weekend. love your tag...we must be on the same wavelength...check out what dies I used yesterday.

    We got 8 inches of new snow on the last day of winter, so it's not looking much like spring here yet. I love your Skyblue tag – a sign of things to come! Enjoy your arriving Spring flowers :-)
