Happy Sunday crafty peeps! I'm playing along with Virginia's View "Tags and Scrapplings" challenge, you already know I like making tags and like any good crafter, I can't throw anything away... so the only thing I cut out for this challenge was the tag-- but I used one of my glorious recycled letterpress wedding invitations (which is a nice thick weight and perfect for the crafter's treatment of water color, mist and clear embossing paste). The rest of the pieces were in my drawer for another occasion... I even used a piece of May Arts chevron twill that was already cut to this length (we wont talk about that drawer of scraps). And I leave you with a parting photo of our trip to the coast, which was delightful and chilly (and now we're home and it's very warm).
The picture is amazing. What a view! Love the up cycled tag. I love the delicate dies. On our way home from a wedding now.
ReplyDeleteawesome tag...you know, I still haven't used that scallopy tag dealio yet. Thanks for the inspiration!
