love at first sip

I took the Viva La Verve sketch and turned it for this coffee card.  ~amy~ I was going through withdrawal :)  Actually my desk is such a mess that I had all these pieces layering there and they decided they all wanted to hang out together.  I started reading the latest issue of Artful Blogging yesterday and I'm loving it.  The articles about community, inspiration, friendships… all if it rang so true for me.  I love that my crafting blog feeds the inner artist in me, I love that usually the only window I have to create is 5:30am and yet that and my cup of coffee are what motivate me out of bed, I love that if I found myself stranded in many parts of the country that I could probably find some like minded crafty pal to come help me.  (On that note, my son is doing a project for school and needs postcards from different states, so feel free to leave a comment here letting me know what state you are in and I'll reply and let you know our address if you are motivated to send him a postcard).  Anyhoo, love at first sip… some more Verve Stamp goodies, a piece of May Arts ribbon, a doily from work, some washi tape, some patterned paper, PTI half and half die, some Tattered Angels mist…  love all of it….
