So I made these cards the other week for the May Arts/Cardmaker Hop and today I taught how to make them for a Kids Valentine's Day Workshop at The Artist Workshop in Grass Valley. I don't think I thought out the prep work very well... ended up making 10 card kits with 20 cards in each. I die cut out 200 Lil Inker Stitched mats (with some help) and then mass cut out the PTI Tiny Tags hearts as well as the Lil Inker hearts. Then I started cutting strips of ribbon, realizing quickly that I didn't have enough of the original ribbon, so I raided my stash (which thanks to my DT role with May Arts is pretty well stocked). See below for some of the prep work photos... all in all, it was fun, my boys were not the best behaved and neither of them completed their 20 cards, but at least I've got all the pieces done! And no, no card to share on today's post...
