Playing along with the new PTI Make It Monday Challenge, Danielle has a fun video on the style "Modern Whimsy." You me and wine tags... (click here for my pinterest board of past projects). For this project I used the PTI snowflake die (stamped and spritzed with water and the Hero Arts tweed background stamp), Basic Gray Paper Cottage papers, PTI dies (always a fan of the Edgers die for wine tags), PTI stamps and a piece of May Arts chevron ribbon. I wrapped the bottle in May Arts burlap and then covered it with sheer ribbon to continue the Modern Whimsy feel. It's hard to see the vellum piece on the bottom of the tag and you barely see the washi tape underneath. Far more layers then I normally use For the happy die cut I wanted it to pop out a bit more so I die cut it out of white foam (my husband used some for his Halloween costume, so I had a big piece of it).

Lovely layers on your wine tag! So glad you played along this week! :)
