I absolutely love Susan's blog Simplicity. This card is for her challenge to make a one layer card with ribbon. I absolutely loved her card from the other week that used cupcakes in a rainbow. So with that card in mind I made this one, keeping it one layer and adding a ribbon for this week's challenge.
