WOYWD and Children's Corner Challenge

I haven't played along with Julia's What's On Your Work Desk Wednesday for ages, but I have always loved the idea that there are other crafty folks out there that thrive in pure chaos.  If you read my earlier post you'll see that we're on a road trip, so this photo was taken at a friend's house, where we had a crafty pit stop.  My boys are on the left and my girlfriend's sons (who she prefers not to name on her blog) are on the right.  The boys made cards for the current Children's Challenge Corner, which is to use at least one piece of patterned paper.

A Crafty Pit Stop - what a lovely idea - might try that on my two boys as they are really into crafts at school but not so interested at home for some reason! Great artwork there - thanks for sharing - Sunshine Girl (28)

Welcome back to WOYWW. I guess no one stays away long! I had intended to stop by and visit anyone who left a comment, then it got me confused, so decided to go through the list anyway (grin).

Love the "crafty pit stop" idea and lots of fun, too. (#1)

Hi Erin. Thank you for the snoop on your desk and what a lovely sight to see little ones busy crafting. It beats the Xbox and other non communicative activities. TFS. ~Glen~ #30
