I'm falling for you

Courtney issued a sketch challenge over on Practicing Creativity's blog as part of their release celebrations this month and I've been trying to find the time to make something all week.  After seeing Kerrianne's beautiful card I thought I should really pull out Fall Fest which I won last year when they released it and have sadly been neglecting ever since.  And speaking of neglecting, I haven't played with my friends at 365 Cards in months, so this card hops back on that band wagon for their "trendy" challenge, b/c I think twine is the thing right now (check out the fun Paper Crafts Connections post right here). Super simple, but just my style.

Materials: Practicing Creativity Fall Fest leaf banner, leaves and sentiment, PTI Notebook die, Versacolor Camilla red ink, Versacolor Bamboo green ink, Versafine black ink, Studio G orange ink, Tim Hotlz Antique Linen Distressing ink, The Twinery Mandarin twine, PTI kraft card stock, cream card stock from Ben Franklin

LOVE it! I'm working on my version of this sketch right now. With my scattered head I almost forgot to play along. {love her stamps!}

You're right... that twine IS everywhere (except in my stash. I haven't seen it at my local craft store....yet) I really like the simple beauty of your card (and that sentiment with the leaves is perfect!)
