Happy Halloween

So I have confessed that Halloween isn't really my card making holiday, but a girlfriend just gave me some Halloween stamps, so I figured I'd better get creative.  Plus I wanted to enter Lea's Wplus9 WCMD Halloween card challenge.  And since I'm a challenge junkie, why not pull a Skipping Stones Design set for their WCMD challenge and use it in the latest sketch challenge.   And since you guys have done such a great job of commenting on Ben's projects, I thought I'd share the other little guy's crafty project.  Meet Mr. Josh, age 3 3/4, he loves crafting too.

Materials: Studio G bat stamp, Craft Lounge sentiment, Skipping Stones Grunge background stamp, PTI Mat Stack 4 die, Spellbinders Nestabilities Labe 4 die, Studio G bling, Fiskars corner rounder punch, black card stock, vellum, Versafine black ink

First, thanks for the card in the mail. It really is a great card, I can't quite figure out what you didn't like about it...
Second, thanks for playing at SSD! That grunge scallop really makes for a spooky feeling. Lastly, Josh, that card is great! You look like you had lots of fun!

Totally cute Halloween card, Erin! I never used to send Halloween cards, but I really like to mail cards to my extended family on a regular basis just to keep in touch. Making seasonal cards to send helps change things up, so I started making them. I find them fun!

Anyway, Mr. Josh is wicked good at cardmaking as well. I love his composition--and great color choices, too!

I am not a big Halloween fan too, but sometimes it is fun to make Halloween cards and treat bags. I love how you incorporated Grunge into the card. That bat (stamp or paper) is too cute. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Skipping Stones Designs!!
