I wasn't going to share this tag because I don't know... it wasn't "perfect"... or maybe I thought it needed something else? A sentiment? A little black/grey on the bottom? Anyhoo... my friend ~amy~ wants to get to 300 entries for her amazing Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and I'm going to share the tag I'm not in love with to help her. I was inspired by the amazing Jill Foster's tag over at Ellen Hutson's 12 Tags of Christmas with a Feminine Twist. I haven't used this Hero Arts coffee cup stamp in ages... I like the idea of coloring around the image and I added some perfect pearls to the cup and some splatters to give it a bit more of an artistic flair. But, the short answer is that one layer projects are HARD and Jill is so amazing.... so ~amy~, this one is for you. Perhaps it'll get a make over when I have time?
I love seeing how you were inspired! Looks great!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up to the Holiday Coffee Lovers Blog Hop♡
I like it! I think a little black sentiment along the side might be all it needs to put it over the top- you're right. I like the watercolored effect like the inspiration piece.
