celebrate tag

I made most of this tag yesterday and it wasn't working, so I left it on my desk and this morning I revisited it, chopped it into a few more layers and added the glitter to the bottom.  I'm playing along with the PTI Make It Monday a la carte challenge again with the ombre background border fun.  I've used an Altenew flower, PTI celebrate die, PTI background borders, three different May Arts ribbons, vellum, circle punch, gold foil tape and a strip of DCWV glitter paper.  Happy almost New Year's Eve...  I'm doing way too much laundry over here....
