Okay this card is all Syliva's fault. These are not my colors. I'm sorry ColourQ ladies. I keep saying that- have you noticed how many cards where I say I'm not a fan of the colors and then I go ahead and make a card anyway? I love that all these challenges keep pushing me outside my normal range (I know, I've said that before). Okay, back to Sylvia... Ms. Card-a-thon at 2:30 in the morning is posting comments on my cards, so I felt like I had to participate in the challenges she's involved in this week. I was already committed to the City Crafter challenge, so why not throw in another one? Right, back to this card, I went searching for some patterned paper with these colors and found a lovely scrap of Mara Mi paper and it had three of the four colors on it, in small dosages. And-- since I said in the other card post with these dress forms, I need to return the stamp set to its rightful owner, so best to use them while I've got them. Feel free to join the ColourQ crew and see if you too can get over your Melon Mambo phobia.
Materials: Stampin Up dress form stamp, Mara Mi paper, teal card stock from Ben Franklin, pink string

Thanks, Erin for the links. I am glad I can keep you motivated to do these challenges. There have been a lot of colors I would have never used if it weren't for the challenges! You are a fun lady and it's great to have someone who is on the other side of the world who plays e-tag with me while I am posting and commenting on the blogs! I love my blog friends! Sylvia
Now for the card! I love it! You did fine with the Melon Mambo phobia!
Melon Mambo is a LOVELY color!!! I cannot believe you have a phobia of that color...lol! I have always loved this little stamp set....what sweet images! Sewing images are very cool right now...you are on the cutting edge! No pun intended!
Ooh, love the fiber action on the side, and funky patterned paper for the dress forms. Way to go on the challenges and the weather must be nice if you were able to photograph, hope you get to enjoy it!
Those dresses are too much fun! Way to rock the Colour Q challenge.
It's a good life!
