a warm hello, Play Date Cafe colors

Last week's Play Date Cafe had a special twist by teaming up with CASE study.  To add to the excitement the two challenges through in a special prize and I was the lucky winner!  Woo hoo!  I look forward to playing with my new stamps, thank you guys.  This week I went off on another literal tangent (I have a problem with literal interpretations), but who can resist a green polka dot coffee mug?  Thank you Michele for giving me the confidence to do these colors with a kraft background (literal girl again thinks I must go with white). I have been drooling over the new PTI Mat Stack 4 collection, but decided that I should work with what I've got and have used the Mat Stack 4 die and then paper pierced out a vellum layer of PTI Every Day Treats.  I've added a Hero Arts sentiment because they're celebrating 50,000 projects in their Flickr album.  I love making coffee cards!

Materials: PTI Warm Happiness Too coffee mug and die, PTI Every Day treats frame, PTI Mat Stack 4 die, Stampin Up coffee steam, Hero Arts sentiment, EK Success 1 3/4th inch punch, orange and green polka dot paper from my stash, vellum, PTI kraft card stock, Versafine black ink

I was so excited to see that you were the one who won last week. YAY! Personally, I'm in love with kraft. I'm glad you threw it into your card. It makes it feel even more cozy. I'm feeling LOUSEY today---hoping I can feel up to posting what I made for this challenge...

I can't resist a green polka dotted coffee cup, especially if it has coffee in it! Love your CAS design on kraft. Thanks for playing again at The Play Date Cafe.
