My Apologies and a bonus reject

I think an "oops I forgot your birthday" card is always a good one to have floating around.  This one went a little dot happy, so I added a layer of vellum to tone it down a notch.  I've used this week's Waltzingmouse Sketch and ColourQ colors.  And since I've just done a math lesson with my son I can tell you that I know the sketch has 12 round circles and my card only has 9, but who's counting?

And since the above card uses the ColourQ colors I thought I'd share the card that wasn't selected for the recent Paper Crafts 365 cards, but uses the other week's ColourQ colors.  Amber is hosting another Reject Blog Hop and I couldn't help join in the fun.

Fun cards, leave it to Ben to notice the 12 versus 9, or was it you?

Glad you are submitting! Like Lynn said, try CARDS magazine, too. I'm happy you get to show us this beautiful 'reject'. ;)

The vellum works so well with your dotty card! I don't think the sketches are meant to be taken literally. LOL

These are so fun, Erin! Love your take on the dotty sketch. Who says it has to be exact? Not me! And I'm a mathypi. :)
