thank you, runway inspired style



Something about the lines and the colors and the patches of color on the new Runway Inspired Challenge sent me down this path... I used some fun Distress Stains and a Hero Arts tweed background and misted the whole thing (and then stamped it twice, so I will probably make another card with the more vibrant version later).  I added a WMS flower and a WPlus9 sentiment and added a piece of May Arts sheer with tinsel edge ribbon and a smaller piece of velvet with satin edge.  And I've just sorted the technical side of my upcoming virtual class with Charity Wings, click here for details, excited to showcase some fun May Arts goodies....

Very pretty! I like the soft, inky background. And that ribbon mimics the white in the dress so well. Great card, Erin!

I wouldn't have thought to use distress inks to create te effect, that's why I love this challenge, the players always rock it with fab ideas!
