One of the reasons I love all these fabulous card blogs and card challenges is that they jump start my creative process… even when I'm half asleep and drinking coffee. Today's card came from Lynn's card for the One-Layer Challenge "Road Trip". I've used a Paper Smooches sentiment, so it'll work for their "anything goes" challenge this week too. The caravan is my friend Lindsay's RubberMoon stamp. I find one layer cards hard… maybe it's because they all seem too flat after years of adding many layers to my generally simple cards? Or is that you can't hide your mistakes? Time to hit the road…. happy Tuesday!

Very cute little caravan. One layer cards can be challenging. I know many of mine have started as one layer then had to become two layer to cut out a smudge or mistake!

Well you rocked this one layer beauty. Love the road and the inked up edges!
You're right - one layer cards can be very tricky, but you cruised through this challenge (pun intended!) Great use of scoring to provide a frame around your focal image! So glad you joined us at OLS!
This was my first attempt at a one layer card challenge and I found it hard as well! Your card, though is outstanding!! I'm seeing so many wonderful ways to incorporate this style!!
