So I made this tag for the Tag You're It Challenge last week and I couldn't photography it b/c it wouldn't stand up straight with the vellum leaves off the bottom, so I set it aside and thought "I'll photograph it later" and funny, a week went by. So, I decided to make a wine label. One more entry into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday "tag" challenge. I've used a WPlus9 sentiment, WMS Funky Flowers, PTI bird, leaves and tag die and 4 different May Arts ribbons. And the patterned paper... is... I can't remember, Cosmo Cricket?
