just a note and vintage trailer card

I made this card the other day after finding inspiration in the My Favorite Things sketch challenge, but it needed something and I couldn't figure out what... so this morning I colored the Hero Arts flowers and I like the card a lot better.  I think I may add some glossy accents to the card....  I splatted the bottom layer of PTI white card stock with water colors and then added a printed piece of vellum over it (so in the right light you can see the splatters through the vellum).  And then I stamped the Hero Arts flowers onto patterned paper (there must be a reason I have so much paper in my stash, right?) and then added a PTI banner and sentiment.  So I'm sorry to say I don't have any MFT in the card...  And the card below is all the extras from yesterday's card.  It isn't for a challenge, but it made me smile, so I'm sharing it here.
