2 birthday cards

So I'm sure there are a lot of us crafters out there who make cards and then don't know what to do with them, I'd love to say I mail all my cards, but that would be far from the truth.  So, to add to my creative agenda I take select card commissions.  I've got a small, but consistent stream of clients that'll put in request for certain things and then I make them to suit (with some creative license, obviously-- and I don't mass produce, so I will not accept a card order for 50 of the same card).  So today's cards mark me finishing a birthday card order, the top one is for a 9 year old's birthday and the bottom was for a motorcycle fan.  Since I love to play along with challenges both cards use the PTI Make it Monday A La Carte "Repeat and Lift" technique.  The bottom birthday die cut is from PTI packaging, I thought a more rugged look would be fun.

Supplies: Happy sentiment by Paper Smooches, PTI Birthday stamp and die, PTI Tag it Sale die, May Arts wired chevron, chevron and faux canvas ribbons, Freshly Squeezed Stamp ballon, white card stock, Basic Grey paper, glitter tape, glossy accents, Versafine black ink, paper cutter

Second card: PTI happy birthday stamp and die, vellum, motorcycle clip art, Lil Inker Designs , PTI kraft card stock, Stampendous black embossing powder
